Our assessment tools run entirely in your browser. The answers you give them are not transmitted to us, not stored on our servers, and not shared with anyone.

What our tools do not collect
The case evaluator and evidence checklist process your answers locally in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to Chain Pursuit. Closing the tab discards it. We do not require an account or an email address to use any tool on this site.
What we do collect
- Analytics. We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics that record aggregate page views, referrers, and approximate country. This does not identify you and does not track you across sites. We do not use Google Analytics.
- Security logs. Our CDN and hosting providers process IP addresses to protect the site from attacks and abuse. [RETENTION PERIOD].
- Information you deliberately submit. If you contact us, or use a form that clearly states it will send information to us, we receive what you send.
If you submit a case
Submitting a case to be introduced to a third-party firm is a separate, clearly marked step that you must actively choose.
